Ingat SAYA punya PERASAAN

Of late, there is a common practise that SMS are being sent to staffs (to Catherine) whenever they are away due to emergencies or late for work. Please note this is not acceptable. Below is the procedure to follow in such intances:

  1. Staffs who take Emergency Leave (or late for work) is to inform the respective superiors immediately and the same time update the progress of work that had been assigned earlier. SMS to inform are not acceptable
  2. Staff who take Emergency Leave (or late for work) is to inform the Office of the tentative date (time) to be back to work. This is enable the Office to reorganize the work load during the Staff absent
  3. Staff is also required to submit the Leave Application Form on the day he reports back to work. Failure to do so will be recorded as Absent from Work without Notice

Above were e-mail that sent by my beloved boss yg mmg ditujukan utk staff yg makan cili dia terasa pedasnya. First feeling after habis baca aku dah rasa pedas, almaklumlah di tujukan "love letter' ini utk aku selepas aku ambik EL pada 16-17/3/2010 disebabkan Adam yg tak berapa sihat hari itu. Aku totally angry dan kecewa, mmg marah coz namer pun Emergency Leave yg kita tak plan, how yerk... then pada masa yg sama nak update pulak keje, totally tak faham aper yg bos aku fikirkan. Anak aku tgh sakit, mesti totally mind aku pada anak, aper nak fikir pasal keje lagi. Rasa kecewa pun ada, yerlah dulu aku keje bagai nak gila utk ofis masa bujang dan time pregnant kul 9 mlm kdg2 baru balik. Ada ke bos fikir tue. Kita stayback buat kerja dia if dtg lambat dlam 1/2 hour pun takkan u tak boleh consider, tak fikir ke yg kitaorng stayback for u. Pleaselah ada give and take dalam mind tue. Aku tau engko adalah bos, mmg bnyk bos mcm nie dan ada yg teruk dari nie tapi u had to consider dengan staff. Staff keje teruk utk you stayback sampai malam dngan free, ada engko bayar OT. heran tau. Jgn fikir diri sendirilah. Do you think staff tue bukan asset ke?? Do you think if no staff engko punyer keje boleh clear ke?? Do you think tanpa staff engko boleh survive ke?? Please appreciate. Nie tak kalau masuk ofis dalam keadaan bad mood, semua org engko kasi hentam. Ingat org patung tak ada hati, ingat robot ke?? Haiyo dah 2 thun 3 bulan aku keje dah sampai tahap aku tak leh SABAR dan tak blah ngan dia. Resignation letter dah sedia, mmg if aku tak leh tahan aku akan campak jer kat muka dia.

bell, bos ko tu yg jenis mkn ba alip ba ya ek? depa tu mmg jenis cenggitu la.. blah la cpt2 dr opis tu.. terimbau lak aku zmn keje ngan org2 ni.. mkn ati beb.. tp selagi kite kije ngan die ape le kite leh buat.. terima je.. cepat callohh weh.. biar dia wat sndirik keja2 tu! - mas
