Minggu pertama aku mulakan keje kat ofis, sampai ofis firstly tgk meja, ish mmg kemas gila meja, rindu kat my table. So ader beberapa projek baru yg tgh on dan yg akan masuk for this year. Then di kejutkan pulak one of my junior send resign letter so aku sure makin bertambahlah workload keje aku yerlah so skrg aku kene jdi assistant utk super senior aku. So confirm nak kene balik lambat. Sekarang in hand is keje for astro arena utk news room kat pj, projek at penang, projek at sabah and projek for elken. Upcoming is project utk Dayabumi, so aku kene buat measurement, prepare BQ and its fast track projects, 2 weeks to prepare the BQ. My boss pun tanyer if theres any frens yg nak masuk so bleh rekomen. Erm for meanwhile aku tak berani nak suggest sesiapa utk msuk ofis nie, the work nature kadang2 tough, kdg2 ok jer flow with bos action. Aku pun berjaya bertahan 2 tahun kat sini, tak sangka aku pun kuat sabar as i know i'm not so patience punyer people. This year maybe a lot of projects in, so just need to be prepare for that.
Then hari nie ader staff meeting, rupanya selama 2 bulan aku on maternity leave office lngsung tak buat staff meeting. On staff meeting just bos membebel pasal keje, pasal leave, pasal CNY office then tiba2 bos voice out on increment, means salary review. So he will do an interview one by one of staff, aku pun tak sure what the purpose to do interview, tak tau aper yg dia nak nilai. Erm aku pun tak berharap sngt utk naik gaji sbb aku tau last year aku tak berapa good on my works because of my pregnancy, dulu selalu balik lambat mmg gila fokus keje, masa pregnant aku lngsung tak mcm tue. Selalu balik awal yerlah nama pun letihkan with my condition yg mcm tue like no tenaga jer. Anyway get or not depends on him. Just do the job right. So right now cuma prepare minda utk kerja yg akan dtg dan aku pasti makin bnyk job, hopefully. Just aku berharap, aku dpat do my job well, more focus dan dapat bertahan selagi mampu utk jadi QS
